@Jc: Thanks! Mostly Magogg white, but using bits and pieces from Hydroxygen, Clear OSX and a few others. I simply check the application folders in these themes and select the Icons I like the most and save them elsewhere. Then I customize them one by one. Obviously that only applies to icons in Cairo Dock or in the desktop!!
